PUF (polyurethane foam) panels are the walls and ceiling of a cold room: a foam core between two steel sheets. Cool Era Refrigeration uses high-quality PUF panels starting at 80 mm. Colder rooms get thicker panels, up to 150 mm for blast freezers.
